Situated
amongst the vineyards 3 km from Landreau, a small
village comprised of wine growers, and 6 km from Vallet
the capital of the Muscadet, you arrive at the " Relais
de la Rinière " by a small road which ends at the
hamlet. The " Relais de la Rinière " is one of those
places of bygone days. Its old stone masonery and its
wooden beams require you to duck your head !
Changing with the seasons the colour selection made up
by Virginia Vine, Wisteria and Hydrangeas to name but a
few, add to the charm of this property. Le Relais de la
Rinière guarantees you the peace of the countryside.

| The Accommodation |

The gite takes up the right wing of
the property and was renovated in 1999. On the
ground floor there is an
open plan kitchen/living room equipped with electric oven,
hob, fridge, coffee maker, cooking equipment, cutlery and
crockery for 6 people. In the dining area there is
a large table with chairs and a dresser.
In the lounge area there is a
convertible sofa to sleep two people.
There is a bathroom on the ground floor. The old bake house has been converted to provide a bedroom suite on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a double room with french
doors to the courtyard and garden. Stairs within this room lead to a mezzanine floor with two single
beds and a window overlooking the courtyard . As this room has rather low ceiling it is more suited to children. Outside there is a private garden with garden furniture and a barbeque and parking for 2 cars.

Tasting at the Wine Cellar of Domaine de la Rinère in walking distance
Rambles in the vineyards, the bike rides along the banks of the
Loire or the canoe rides on the Sevre Nantaise river.
Gastronomy with the red and white Loire wines, the different
fish with " beurre blanc " sauce, a
speciality from the Nantes region, and still yet other savours.
