LECCETA share their own swimming pool (7.5 x 15 m., depth from 1.20 to 2.60
m.) equipped with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and sun beds. There is also a parking area.
There is also a communal laundry room with washing
machines and a tumble dryer at the neighbouring farmhouse Il Monsonaccio (approx. 600 mt)

This first floor appartment has 140 sqm. of living space and sleeps 5 people.
It has a small sitting room, sitting/dining room with kitchen unit (electric 4
hob cooker with oven and dishwasher), 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms
with bathtub/shower. On the mezzanine level there is a single bedroom with en suite bathroom with
shower.
All the apartments have air-conditioning and heating
in every room, satellite TV, HI-FI system, telephone, fax, and an internet line
(ISDN), alarm systems and hairdryers.
The kitchens include electric 4 hob cookers with oven,
dishwashers, and fridges with freezers.

| The guests, whether excursionists or
health enthusiasts in search of somewhere to relax, will
be charmed by walks along the hilltops,
surrounded by rows of vines and so much green
countryside. Here man seems to be in peace with nature :
the green of the oak, chestnut and white fir woods,
merges together and mixes in with the yellow of the
fields of cereals and sunflowers, generating that range
of colour which has acted as muse to so many famous
painters known as the "i macchiaioli"( Florentine
impressionists).
