This working
farm is in the heart of the Chianti region, 2 kms from
Greve in Chianti, with 20 hectares of vineyard and 40
hectares of olive groves. It produces 900 hl of Chianti
wine and 50 quintals of Extra-virgin Olive oil every
year. The farm is made up of a group of buildings
including the main villa, the Winery , the rental
apartments, a storage area for olive oil and a cantina
for ageing wine. This property is a typical rustic
Tuscan house done in traditional style. As it has the
original small windows it is very cool in the summer.
There is no central heating which makes it very
characteristic in the winter months ( electric stoves
for heating).

| The appartment accomodates 7 people.
There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 3 single
beds. The large kitchen has and antique country
fireplace, and the small living room has a TV. There are 2
bathrooms with showers, and the property has original Terra cotta
tiles and ceiling with wooden beams.
Outside there is a swimming pool and barbeque.
Cleaning and baby sitting can be
arranged on request.
