This working farm is in the heart of the Chianti region, 2 kms from Greve in Chianti, with 20 hectares of vineyard and 40 hectares of olive groves. It produces 900 hl of Chianti wine and 50 quintals of Extra-virgin Olive oil every year. The farm is made up of a group of buildings including the main villa, the Winery , the rental apartments, a storage area for olive oil and a cantina for ageing wine.

This appartment is ideal for 2 - 4 guests and is at its finest in October when the view of the oak woods changing to autumnal colours is quite stunning.
Accommodation
The appartment has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a living room with fireplace; a television can be provided on request, a bathroom with a shower and eat-in kitchen. The kitchen provides access out onto a large terrace overlooking the vineyards as well as access to the garden near the pool.
There are beautiful view of the sun rising from behind the hills.

Outside there is a swimming pool and barbeque.

Cleaning and baby sitting can be arranged on request.
