This working
farm is in the heart of the Chianti region, 2 kms from
Greve in Chianti, with 20 hectares of vineyard and 40
hectares of olive groves. It produces 900 hl of Chianti
wine and 50 quintals of Extra-virgin Olive oil every
year. The farm is made up of a group of buildings
including the main villa, the Winery , the rental
apartments, a storage area for olive oil and a cantina
for ageing wine.

The appartment has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a french double bed. There is a large eat-in
kitchen with fireplace and one bathroom with a shower. There are wonderful sunsets from the bedroom windows
and in June the aroma from the flowering Linden trees fills the
house.

Outside there is a swimming pool and barbeque.
Cleaning and baby sitting can be
arranged on request.
